NEW HAMPSHIRE GAMBLING LAWS

In 2006 NH passed legislation creating Charity Gambling facilities. As the lead lobbyist for charity gaming, Rick has worked to enhance the industry and increase gaming options. In 2021 he led the effort to pass HB 626, which allowed Historic Horse Racing to be offered at charity facilities. The passage lifted the gaming industry in New Hampshire, resulting in increased funds for charities. This is expected to grow into the tens of millions of dollars as rooms roll out HHR devices over the next couple of years.
